Dr Alexander is a part time GP and rheumatologist who specialises in acupuncture treatments for a variety of conditions. She studied traditional acupuncture in Shanghai (Dip Ac) while living and working in Hong Kong. Since then she has worked in clinics in Hong Kong and Sri Lanka and also trained in western medical acupuncture, becoming a Council member and Accredited Specialist of the British Medical Acupuncture Society.
She attends regular refresher courses in acupuncture in Europe and China. Having founded the Milne Feild Surgery some years ago, she currently works from the Elliott Hall Medical Centre in Hatch End (near Harrow), NW London and also from the Greenway Holistic Centre in West Wittering, near Chichester, West Sussex mainly at weekends.
